ERP for wholesale and distribution

ERP should be boring.

Your old system is being switched off. We move your company onto a new one, for a fixed price we agree in writing before we start. Then we run it for you. Nothing else happens. That is the plan.

Others promise that everything will change. We promise that nothing will happen.

Your orders go out, so do your invoices, and your accountant gets what they need. If you want an exciting ERP, we are the wrong people.

Letter from the managing director

Dear business owner,

Switching ERP has a bad reputation, and it has earned it: projects that never end, invoices that keep growing and a warehouse that suddenly stops.

We do it the other way round. First you see your own company in the new system. Then we give you a price that does not move and a date that does not slip. After that we take care of running it, so you no longer have to think about your ERP.

And if we are not the right fit for you, I will tell you in our first conversation.

Kind regards
Steven Beenen
Managing Director

The first step

First the fit check. Then you decide.

One meeting with the people who keep your company running. Beforehand you send us your article and customer list. In the meeting you see your own data in the new system, and every department enters what it needs. At the end you have a fixed price and a go-live date.

  • Who attends: management, warehouse, accounting and sales. You confirm this when you book.
  • What you bring: an export of your articles and customers from the old system. We show you how.
  • What you take away: a plan, a fixed price and a fixed date. Whether you go ahead is up to you.

Six steps. None of them is a surprise.

We do not configure your system by hand. We describe your company once, and your system is built from that description. Every hour we learn with one customer makes the next one faster.

  1. 01

    Fit check

Your data in the new system, a fixed price, a date.

  2. 02

    Decision day

One day with all departments. Everything is pre-filled, you only name the differences.

  3. 03

    Setup

Your system is built from the description of your company. Your logo and documents are added.

  4. 04

    Dress rehearsal

Your team works one day with real orders in the new system.

  5. 05

    Go-live

On the first of the month. We take over your data fresh the weekend before.

  6. 06

    Operations

We host, back up, update and help when something sticks.

We also tell you when you do not need us.

A fit

  • Wholesale and distribution: fasteners, electrical, tools, industrial supplies
  • 20 to 80 employees, one or two warehouses, one company
  • An old system that has to go: Sage 100, SelectLine, Navision, Lexware or Excel
  • Your accountant does the books

Not a fit

  • Manufacturing with bills of materials and production planning
  • Lots of custom development instead of configuration
  • Several companies with consolidated accounts
  • A half-finished project someone else started

After go-live our work really begins.

One monthly fee per company, not per user. This is included, and it is written into the contract.

Operations

We host your system and sign a data processing agreement with you.

Backup every night

Once a month we restore a backup as a test.

E-invoicing

As XRechnung 3.0, validated against the XRechnung and EN 16931 rules. When the rules change, we update your system.

Export for your accountant

In DATEV format. We test it with your accountant before you go live.

Updates

We install new versions once they are tested.

One fixed contact

A person who knows your company, instead of a ticket number.

What owners ask us first

I don’t know you. Why should I trust you?

We are new, and we say so openly. You are not buying our size, you are buying whether the system works. The software underneath is open source. And you can take your data with you at any time.

What happens if you go out of business?

Your data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. It is in the contract. Because the software is open source, another provider can also take over your system.

My vendor is already handling e-invoicing.

If e-invoicing is your only problem, you should not switch systems for it. The question is whether the rest still holds up: stock, the shop and what happens when you grow.

Will my staff lose their jobs?

No, and we do not sell it that way. Your team gets more done without you having to fill the next position. Anything that touches money or stock is confirmed by a person on your team.

Should I ask my accountant first?

Yes. And we are happy to talk to them directly, because their export has to be right. Better they test it before you sign than after.

Why not take the cloud version of my current vendor?

That may be right. Check two things: what it costs per user and month over three years, and whether it fixes what bothers you today or only moves it into a browser.

Your old system is being switched off. The move does not have to be an adventure.

Book the fit check. Afterwards you know what it costs, when it is done and whether we are the right fit.
